  18. Gaaaah! That's the dipping sauce I've been looking everywhere for! I was already thinking the peanut sauce had pate and annatto oil added to it but this is the only video I found that actually had it in the recipe! Thank you, Helen! 😙

  23. Do you mean baking soda (bicarbonate) or baking powder? I know soda is used for tenderizing meat in Chinese restaurants.
