Công thức làm bánh mỳ hoa cúc bung bím thành công

Ingredients:
Bread flour: 320gr
Instant yeast: 5gr
Sugar: 40gr
Milk powder: 20gr
Salt: 2gr
Ice milk: 75gr
Whipping cream: 25gr
2 eggs
Orange blossom: 2gr
Unsalted butter: 140gr
BÁNH MỲ HOA CÚC

Thành phần:
Bột làm bánh mì: 320gr
Men nở: 5gr
Đường 40gr
Sữa bột 20gr ( không có không sao)
Muối 2gr
Sữa không đường lạnh 75gr
Whipping cream 25gr
2 quả trứng
Tinh chất hoa cam: 2gr
Bơ nhạt ngon 140gr

Note: Keep The dough is always cool, if it get hot, the butter will be melted and the gluten will be broken
If the weather is hot, please make brioche near the fridge so you can put the dough in the fridge while kneading.
